Van Vorst House by Jeff Jordan

We have begun work on a late 19th Century brick row house in Jersey City.  The project consists of replacing an existing rear yard addition with a new addition and reworking portions of the interior of the existing house.  The new addition is thought of a series of interior and exterior spaces connecting the private back yard to a roof top deck with views of New York City.

Detroit by Design by Jeff Jordan

Jeff Jordan Architects in collaboration with Dan Kopec RA, Alex Cutrona and Gabe Canizo, submitted an entry in the "Detroit by Design 2012: International Riverfront Design Competition".  Our scheme proposes a series of choreographed park and city ribbons that link the city to the Detroit River.  The ribbons are reminiscent of the early French farming settlement along the waterfront and offer a more robust connection to the river for today's city dwellers and visitors.

Another House on Higgins Lake... by Jeff Jordan

Jeff Jordan Architects has been commissioned to design a second house on Higgins Lake in northern Michigan.  Like the site of the first house, this site offers incredible lake views, mature trees and the promise of year round enjoyment.  We are excited to begin the design process and will have new images to share soon.
