Our Sea Bright House project received design recognition from the New Jersey Chapter of the American Institute of Architects. It is the only house statewide to earn this award this year.
The house replaced a hurricane damaged structure and was designed to work within strict flood zone and zoning requirements while maximizing views of the ocean, the Shrewsbury Bay and the NYC skyline.
